Terms of use

Last updated 25 October 2026

The terms for using clearmasondigital.com. By using the site you accept them.

Who we are

Clearmason Digital is operated by Maximus Vavoulas, an individual based in Greece (EU). “We” and “us” mean Clearmason Digital.

Contact: contact@clearmasondigital.com

Information only

The site gives general information about what we do. It isn’t an offer, a quote or professional advice.

We try to keep it accurate, but we can’t promise it’s always complete, current, error-free or available. The interactive concept and other examples are illustrations, not real product screens.

Free calls and projects

  • Discovery calls are free and non-binding.
  • Any project, including the sales app, is covered by a separate written agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
  • Prices and timings are indications until confirmed in writing.

Our content

The site’s text, design, graphics, video, logo and code belong to Clearmason Digital or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links, but please don’t copy or republish content without written permission. The fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

Links to other sites

We link to services run by others, such as Calendly, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram and X. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they use your data; their own terms apply.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or using it unlawfully.

Liability

The site is free and provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it or relying on it, including indirect losses or lost profit, data or business.

Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU law. Disputes go to the courts of Greece, unless the law lets you bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Questions: contact@clearmasondigital.com
